Your new role in a nutshell 🥜

🚀 You are independently responsible for the digital advertising tasks of your customers. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads or social media advertising is your strongest asset. If you are a unicorn who happens to possess both of these skills, even better!

🚀 You will plan, implement, and optimize advertising to meet your customers’ goals. Hunting for clicks only is not enough, but bringing real business results to the table makes all the difference.

🚀 You are familiar with experimenting with advertising and have no fear of trying new approaches and channels.

🚀 You can communicate the above-mentioned results in an understandable way (needless to say, after you’ve made sure all the tracking is working as it should).

🚀 You work together with e.g. our growth marketers, content marketers, and designers to help our customers grow.

🚀 Our company language is English, so you’ll need to be fluent in both written and spoken English. All other language skills are considered a plus.

What we expect from you

🚀 Experience in similar tasks, either in an agency or in an in-house team. In this role, you don’t need to be a senior expert (but if you are, we’d be happy to discuss future opportunities with you as well!).

🚀 The ability to analyze the data, then communicate findings to the rest of the team and make recommendations based on your findings.

🚀 Experience in managing your own work and making decisions independently. We need to be able to trust that what has been agreed on will be done without someone looking over your shoulders all the time.

🚀 The courage to proactively communicate what you think will benefit others, as well as raising your hand if you need help. Even though the work is quite independent, the support of your team and colleagues in the entire company are just a message or call away.

⏰ At this time, we're not in a hurry to hire anyone for this role, because we want to hire the right person when the time is right.

💰 Your monthly salary is based on experience and skills. Typically, people in these roles are paid around € 2800-3800 per month.

👩🏽‍💻The recruitment process usually consists of 2-3 interview rounds, a small homework assignment, and a meeting with your future team.
