We are looking for an experienced Growth Technology Lead to take our SaaS Growth Marketing operations to the next level. Is that you?

Marketing in the B2B SaaS sphere obviously falls short without the suitable technology. That’s why we are looking for someone to own our efforts to get the “tech behind growth” a seamless part of our growth marketing operations for all our customers (who happen to be awesome B2B SaaS, subscription and tech companies). 


Things you would get to do in this role:

⚙️Leading the development of service processes, productization, and pricing related to Marketing Technology, and ensuring we make the right technology choices.

⚙️Participating in selling and delivering customer projects – sometimes as a project manager, sometimes as a hands-on subject matter expert, depending on the type of project.

⚙️Acting as a Marketing Technology competence lead for our whole organization. This includes e.g. discovering & testing new technologies and approaches, ensuring substance competence when recruiting for tech roles, onboarding new employees to marketing technology essentials, and making sure that our technology capabilities keep growing in all the teams.
⚙️Defining what skills we need in-house and what can be outsourced (and how).

⚙️Acting as the policy-maker and care-taker for the golden data that we use to produce our growth marketing services.

⚙️Being an evangelist for the “tech behind growth” mindset both internally and externally.

👯Your time will be spent roughly 50% in customer projects and 50% in marketing technology development related work.

👯 You will be working in our marketing technology team together with marketing technology consultants, designers & developers. We also plan to grow this team with analytics capabilities in the near future.

🖖 Please note that as this is a new role for us, we also hope and expect you to shape out the role based on your experience and insights. 

What we expect from you:

🔨Several years of experience & a thorough understanding of how marketing technology should be built to support businesses. That includes, for example, experience in integrations, data, tech setups, and websites.

🔨Understanding of SaaS & Subscription businesses, especially low-touch & no-touch sales models, and what that means from the technology point of view (e.g. what do we need to understand about online payments, website UI, or CDPs) while providing growth marketing services.

🔨Hands-on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, and utilizing web &  customer data from various sources. The ability to understand how customer's business processes can be improved with the help of a CRM and other digital tools.

🔨You are comfortable with technical integrations. In practice you can plan and implement processes and system integrations between CRM systems and marketing & sales tools. You know your way around with iPaaS tools.

🔨Great project management, organizational, and people skills – everyone’s responsible for their own work and customer communications at Advance B2B.

🔨Fluency in English (you don’t have to be a native speaker, but our company language is English).

🖖 Most of all, we need you to tolerate things not being perfect from day 1. We are looking for a “get sh*t done” kind of attitude, and the ability to test and execute things effectively.

📍Location: Anywhere with good internet as long as you can work in the Helsinki timezone (EET). 100% remote is ok for us if that's what you prefer! And if you prefer working at the office, our very official HQ is located in Malmi, Helsinki.

💰 For this role, we are prepared to pay something between 4500–6500 € per month based on your experience, skills, and location.
