We are looking for a Growth Technology Strategist with a background in marketing technology to tackle our customers' growth bottlenecks through technology.
In practice, this means you’ll be navigating between business, marketing, sales, and IT, bringing all those functions together. We are primarily looking for someone with both business & technical understanding.
The role in a nutshell 🥜
As our new Growth Tech Strategist, you would have various responsibilities in system implementations and integrations, developing marketing and sales processes, managing projects, marketing/sales/service automation, and training. In this role, you would lead and manage mostly HubSpot projects and retainers.
We would also like you to take part in sales cases by providing demos, participating in sales meetings, and pricing the projects. However, the responsibilities can vary according to skills & motivation, and we are very eager to hear your thoughts about the role as well.
What we expect from you
⭐️ Great project management and people skills.
⭐️ Ability to understand how customers' business processes can be implemented and improved with the help of CRM and other digital tools. This also includes the ability to pinpoint growth bottlenecks and development areas in customers' business processes.
⭐️ Prior experience with HubSpot or similar tools (CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, websites).
⭐️ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JS (we don’t need you to code a website yourself, but it helps when you can fix little things or complete smaller tasks without bringing the developer in).
What we also value
⭐️ Understanding integrations between HubSpot and different CRM systems and/or CDP. You get bonus points if you already have been building or planning these kinds of projects.
⭐️ Generalist abilities with hands-on experience and interest in one or more of the following areas: marketing/sales automation, sales/marketing alignment, data & analytics, funnel optimization, business metrics, and reporting.
⭐️ Ability to help buyers sell HubSpot investment internally.

⏰ We will hire when we find our match, but there is no strict deadline for that.
📍Our office is located in Malmi, Helsinki. You can however decide how much you want to work remotely – if 100% remotely is what you prefer, that is okay for us. Even though you would mostly work from home, we would love you to visit the office and the customers at least every now and then.
💰 Your monthly salary will be based on your experience and skills. We are prepared to pay between 4 000–4 800 € / month.
