We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Strategist to take our SaaS Growth Marketing operations to the next level and make sure we take data & analytics into account in everything we do. Is that you? 🤩
Things you would get to do in this role:
📈 Harmonize and productize our use of data. That means, for example, choosing the right tools, building master dashboards, and making sure everyone understands how to use them for their clients.
📈 Acting as a Data & Analytics coach for our whole organization. This includes e.g. developing our data and analytics capabilities, helping the whole Advance B2B team with related tools, ensuring our customers get most out of their data, and leveling up our entire organization in regard to everything data-related.
📈 Defining what skills we need in-house and what can be outsourced (and how), ensuring competence when recruiting for data & analytics roles and new employee onboarding to the roles in question.
📈 Productizing our data and analytics-related offering together with the team.
📈 Participating in selling and delivering customer projects – sometimes as a project manager, sometimes as a hands-on subject matter expert, depending on the type of project.
📈 Making sure we have enough data and analytics freelancers and guiding their work when needed.
📈 Acting as the policy-maker and caretaker for the golden data that we use to produce our growth marketing services. You will ensure we use data responsibly and comply with all relevant legislation.
📈 Being an evangelist for data and analytics-driven marketing, both internally and externally.
Your time will be split roughly 50-50 between customer projects and internal data and analytics development work.
🖖 Please note that as this is a new role for us, we also hope and expect you to carve out the role based on your experience and insights.
What we expect from you:
📊 Several years of experience in a wide variety of web analytics, conversion optimization, SEO/SEM, user experience, and research tools. You are also familiar with different ways of integrating CRM and web analytics data and helping our customers optimize the utilization of their data architecture. Please note this is not an entry-level role.
📊 An understanding of SaaS & Subscription businesses, especially low-touch & no-touch sales models. You understand how intelligent use of data and analytics tools enables better growth marketing results. Knowledge of application analytics is a plus.
📊 Great project management, organizational, and people skills – everyone’s responsible for their own work and customer communications at Advance B2B.
📊 Fluency in English (you don’t have to be a native speaker, but our company language is English).

💰 For this role, we are prepared to pay something between 4000–5000 € per month based on your experience, skills, and location.
