Role overview

As a paid advertising expert, you use the power of paid advertising platforms to strategically reach target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business results for our customers. Your responsibilities will include customer management and communication. The specific tasks may vary based on your experience, skills, and motivation.

We are either hiring a strategist who is already a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in strategic advertising or a specialist with a little less experience but a lot of eagerness to develop into a strategist.

Your new role in a nutshell 🥜

🚀 You will independently manage the online advertising tasks of your customers.

🚀 You will plan, implement, measure, and optimize advertising to meet your customers’ goals. Hunting for clicks isn’t enough, but bringing actual business results to the table makes all the difference.

🚀 You translate numbers into stories and communicate the results mentioned above to your customers (needless to say, after you’ve ensured all the tracking is working as it should.)

🚀 You execute your tasks according to the sprint schedules and ensure that both your team and your clients are always up-to-date with the tasks and the results they bring.

🚀 You work together with, e.g., our marketing strategists, content marketers, and designers to help our customers grow and ensure advertising is a key part of their marketing strategy.

🚀 You raise your hand if you need help or if you have a good idea. The support of your team and colleagues in the entire company is just a message or a call away.

🚀 Our company language is English, so you must be fluent in written and spoken English. All other language skills are considered a plus. Please specify in the application which languages you can work with!

What we expect from you

🚀 In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

🚀 Ability to make advertising a vital part of the marketing strategy, with strong analytical skills to evaluate data, refine campaigns, and optimize results. You can craft tailored advertising budgets and recommend content that drives measurable client success.

🚀 Ability to analyze data, communicate your findings internally and externally, and make recommendations based on your findings.

🚀 Knowledge and experience in conducting in-depth audience research to identify the most effective channels for target segments. You can analyze competitor advertising strategies and markets to uncover opportunities for improvement and gain a competitive edge.

🚀 Experience in managing your work and making necessary decisions independently. We trust that you follow up on what we agree and get it done without someone looking over your shoulders all the time.

🚀 Courage to proactively communicate what you think will benefit others.

🚀 Profeciency both in English and Finnish is a must.

💰 Your monthly salary will be based on your experience, skills, and location. Typically, people in these roles are paid around € 3500–4500 monthly.

👩🏽‍💻The recruitment process usually consists of 2-3 interview rounds, an assignment, and meeting your future team.

⏰ ⏰ We will hire when we find the right candidate. Please note we are on a summer holiday in July and will start reviewing applications earliest on August 5th, 2024.

📍Location: Anywhere with good internet as long as you can work within +-2h of the Helsinki timezone (EET). 100% remote is ok for us if that's what you prefer! And if you prefer working at the office, our very official HQ is in Malmi, Helsinki.
